  • You can order by e-mail, the website, by fax,  post or telephone.
  • Orders will be send by TNT Post. The cost per delivery you will find on the order page and depends on the weight.
  • Orders shall be send within two days maximum after the payment is received.
  • Questions about payments will be answeres within 48 hours.
  • Your personal information shall not be used for any other purpose.
  • Any order you make through the www.azmira.eu website is subject to acceptance and availability, we reserve the right to refuse your order at our discretion and for any reason without explanation.
    Please note that the contract of purchase will exist between you and The Nature Company.
    For the avoidance of doubt, no contract for any product purchased will exist between you and The Nature Company until you receive an email sent by The Nature Company confirming that the product in question has been dispatched.

     

    Reseller information:

  • Minimum order ammount is € 300,-

  • We take no responsibility for the import rules of importing Azmira products in your country.

  • Order shall be send over within 2 working days after receiving your payment. The only exception is if products are not in stock. We make great efforts not to let this happen but if this, unfortunatly, happens, we shall make great effort to send your order over to you within a week.

  • Products can not be send back.

    Return Policy:

    • When you want to return the products you ordered, you can do so within 7 days after receival. The products must be unopened , the seal closed and not be damaged.
    • You have to take care yourself of the cost returning the products
    • Note: The delivery cost made by VeenBos Natuurlijk are also completely at your expence.
    • Only products that are sealed, unopened and not damaged will be taken back.
    • After receiving the products in good condition we will return the payement (minus sending cost) to you.
